The system allows collectors using cheap phones (phones costing less than Rp 1 juta) to update the billing collection in real time over GPRS to the central server.

Operators in the headquarters can track the progress of the collectors visually via Google Earth. The system enables cost effective billing management and provides upper management with utmost efficiency and productivity in data analysis.
